NOTE: Quote does not include kegs or a nitrogen infusion system. Must add a one-time keg core depost to cart separately, $110 per keg. As-is the system will pour non-infused delicious cold brew coffee without a cascade or micro-foam head. A cascading nitrogen infusion system can be added for $800 per tap handle and is virtually maintenance-free operation without any adjustments needed pour after pour.
IMPORTANT: You MUST use Food Grade Compressed Nitrogen only! You CANNOT use straight CO2 or NOS Nitrogen+Carbon Dioxide blend aka. Beer Gas with coffee. This creates carbonic acid in the coffee as it tries to carbonate under pressure, resulting in a bitter / sour taste within 24-48 hours. The keg of coffee will need to be discarded if this happens.
