We started with one mission: create the best nitro cold brew possible.

Sounds simple right?  It's not.  What we quickly learned and loved were the seemingly infinite variables that come with brewing coffee.  We are engineers at heart and we applied all of our experiences to tackling each variable that we uncovered.  There were many early morning tastings where we sampled over 100 different coffees and tried numerous process changes.  After about 3 months we landed on our current bean blend, grind size, brew time, filtration, water type & ratios that you can taste today.
